Analysis on the effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 168 cases of postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2008 to July 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group(70 cases) and treatment group(98 cases).The control group were given with comprehensive clinical treatment,the treatment group were given with hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of comprehensive clinical treatment.The clinical effects,incidence of complication and sequela were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 91.8% and77.1% in the treatment group and the control group respectively,with statistical difference(P0.01).The two groups had statistical difference in the incidence of complications and sequelae(P0.05). Conclusion Conventional hyperbaric oxygen treatment for postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage plays an important role in improving the curative rate and reducing complications and sequelae.
