The Result Analysis about Different Types of Warming-up of Boy Football Selective Course in Colleges and Universities

Warming-up is an indispensably important link of boy football selective course in colleges and universities. In the light of characteristics of football lesson, this paper divides the warming-up into four types-barehanded, having the ball, game and synthesis-o have a test through individual group. With questionnaire investigation, it makes a comparison about the psychological conditions of students in different warming-up, and analyzes their learning results. It draws a conclusion that in the warming-up having the ball should lie in the first consideration.
