Abstract
The high scattering property of light transmission in biological tissue and the measuring method for scattering light are first discussed in the paper.A detection device for the scattered light by biological tissue is constructed. The photoelectric properties of photoelectric cell and the feasibility for detection of the scattered light by biological tissue are analyzed. The detected results for the light scattered by human body skin and tumour by photoelectric cell are given through practical measurement.
