Abstract

It is fundamental for normal real property that real rights of real property should be registered in accordance with reality.However,it always shows different in judicial practice for the parties in view of the complexities of real life.This paper discussed in detail that how to make the final effect of real property registration objectively in court actions and have protection to actual facto real property as well.
