Discussion of dynamic quality control of nursing in ward

Abstract

Objective To explore the application and effects of dynamic nursing quality control in ward.Methods The three-level quality control system was composed of primary nurses,leader of primary nurses and monomial quality control team leader,traning for different levels.The system was implemented to dynamically control the quality of nursing.Results The nursing quality,nurses' satisfaction to nursing quality control,and feedback awareness rate of nursing quality control were increased( P 0.01),the unqualified rate of nursing quality was decreased( P 0.01).Conclusion The implementation of dynamic nursing quality control mode can effectively increase the nursing quality and management efficiency.
