Abstract

During Tang and Song dynasties,the state land undergoes a great change of right,namely,from state to private ownership,which is followed by a series of change of management.Previous management switches from the Ministry of War to the later management by Ministry of Revenue during Tang.With the amounting private ownership by Song dynasty grow lawsuits,which involves legal participation as a result of frequent change of right.
