Analysis on Graduate Employment Based on Labor Demand and Supply

Abstract

Society’s labor demand includes explicit demand and implicit demand. Different labor demand requires different kind of labor. Graduate is an active supply of labor. A structured labor demand-supply model for graduate employment is presented. Labor matching of demand and supply and transformation from implicit demand to explicit demand are keys to graduate employment. A new approach is proposed to solve the graduate unemployment from three aspects of labor supply, labor demand and labor market.
