Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the constructure of milling cutter,the paper constructs milling cutter database using graph element theory.Then set up CAD platform using AutoCAD development technology,and this system can also optimize milling cutter's parameter,draw graphics automatically to realize efficiently design.
