Abstract
The interpolation algorithm for 3-dimension image is investigated. According to the signal theory, a new algorithm is put forward based on the nearest neighbor interpolation, the bilinear interpolation and the hermit interpolation. By applying this new method to DICOM medical image, great improvement is made which proves the algorithm practical and reliability.
