Abstract
A combat capability evaluation method of weapon equipment system based on capability requirement is presented, and the evaluation network model is established. The model decomposes combat capability to five basic capabilities, and maps the capabilities to six basic system functions. Analysis network process is integrated with grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate combat capability. An example is given to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of the method,to some extent, the result can provide decision maker with evidence.
