University Students' Social Support Sources and Category Difference Research

With social support scale in 386 college students questionnaire survey to data analysis of variance and t test,the main source of university students' social support and social support in gender,class,the students' land,grade such variables as differences are discusesd.Results showed that the main source of social support is from friends,classmates,parents.Social support in gender varies with significant difference(t=2.167,P0.05),with women significantly higher than boys.The edge of the category varies with significant difference(t =-0.127,P 0.05),with undergraduates significantly higher than dipolma students,In source variables difference there exist(t=-2.218,P0.05),with rural students significantly higher than urban students;In grade variables there exist significant difference(F=5.509,P0.01),old living significantly higher freshmen.Schools and parents should be strengthened communication with students to provide students with more psychological support,based on class,student nationalities,grade difference to provide students with an appropriate social support.
