Abstract

Research in gene expression regulation in eukaryon is one of the leading molecular research fields.Regulation in transcription level is the key first step of gene expression regulation.Due to the interaction between proteins, proteins and DNA,and the formation of some complicated large compounds in the gene transcription regulation, gene transcription regulation is also a very complex progress with multiple steps.Transcription factor can identify or binding to core sequence(8 bp-12 bp) of cis-acting element directly or indirectly, and participate in regulat the transcription efficiency. So the interactions between transcription factor and regulating sequence occupies the core position in determining one gene whether can express. As further research abount the transcription factor and its methods, especially the development of chromatin immunoprecipitation and bioinformatics, the mechanism of transcriptional control, the cell behavior and disease's occurrence mechanism will be further known.
