Prospect of Knowledge Economy and Human Resource Development in Enterprises in China

In the era of knowledge-driven economy , the market environment and human resources that the enterprise face have both changed deeply .It makes a far-reaching impact on the enterprise's organization and society.As the key element of acquiring and maintaining the competition superiority to enterprise organization , human resources has changed enormously too .
