Abstract
Objective To describe the determination of Juning termiticide EC.Methods SP-502 gas chromatography on 3%OV-1 packed column and flame-ionigation detector running in constant temperature.Using dimethyl phthalate as internal standard of sulfluramid and dimethyl phthalate as of fenvalerate, the quantitative analysis method was studied with internal standard more point revision. Results The linear correlations of this method were 0.998 4 and 0.999 7.The standard deviations were 0.005 5 and 0.112 1.The coefficients of variation were 0.688%, 0.953%.The average recoveries were 99.65% and 99.70% of sulfluramid and fenvalerate respectively. Conclusion This method was simple, rapid, accurate and had good reproducibility.
