Abstract

The existing forms of Cd in rice and wheat seeds of polluted area was analyzed, the result shows that the concentration of binded Cd in protein is the highest in the main nourish components of seeds. According different solubility of the seed protein in various soluents, albumin, prolamin globulin and glutelin were differentiated. The analysis shows that the concentration of bined Cd in globulin and glutelin is the higher. The separation analysis of Tris-HCl scluble asmponent shows that the apparent molecular weight of Cd-protein are 54.5(103 and 5.5(103 and the components of amino acid was also analyzed.
