Abstract
Heterogeneous supported heteropoly acid catalyst TiSiW\-\{12\}O\-\{40\}/TiO\-2 was prepared and used in heterogeneous catalytic synthesizing di(2 ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP). This catalyst showed many advantages compared with sulphuric acid catalyst, for example, it can decrease corrosion of equipments and environmental pollution, higher esterification conversion. The treating the products is easy to operate and the catalyst may be used repeatedly.
