Abstract

This paper discusses on the importance of the cost management of the construction project, analyzes on the problems existing in the cost management of the construction project, and connecting with the practical experiences, puts forward some concrete measures for strengthening the cost management from aspects of carrying out the total control management and the management of combining the responsibilities, rights and benefits into one.
