Abstract
The analyses of the design structure and constant current output feature of sixteen groups LED constant current driving chip are shown in this article. Besides,the relationship between this chip and outside adjustment constant current resistance is presented in this paper. The theory shown in this paper can improve the performance of the constant current working voltage in output node. According to the simulation result from 0.8μm BCD technique,this circuit can decrease the constant current working voltage sharply,and the output voltage hardly affects this circuit when the current become constant.
