Evaluation Model for Construction Projects Based on AHP

Abstract

In the process of the construction project bidding,the bidding is the chief factor to decide whether the construction projects are successful or not,while the scientific and reasonable evaluation method is the key to bidding.In order to eliminate imporper behaviors in bidding process,the evaluation model has been established based on AHP,and through the pairwise comparison of various rateing factors,the comprehensive and scientific evaluation method has been given based on the combinaton of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Finally,the calculation demonstration of the evaluation model has been obtained by simulation example.
