Problem and Solution of Corporate Governance

Under the new situation which the progress of global economy is incressing, to strengthen corporate governance has become international current. International enterprises lay high stress on corporate governance. All this is that Chinese corporate must face directly and answer after entering World Trade Organization. From this point, this text elaborates existing problems in the process of corporate governance and puts forward some thoughts of solution.
