After emperor Wu in Han Dynasty,the classical studies which interprets,expounds and researches into Confucianist classics came into existence.Ever since then Confucianism has continued to spread and develop with the classical studies as the main form.Despite the fact that there existed Confucianism and classical studies in the Han Dynasty,only classical studies collaborated with the regime.Hence,classical studies gradually became the national ideology of the Han Dynasty due to the support from political power and psychosocial identity,and had a profound impact on Han Dynasty's politics,culture,education,customs and so on.
