Facing the reclamation of arable land for reforestation of China in the construction of biological environment, this paper takes a allround and systemic analysis from the background of society and economy, the background of ecological environment and the westen Dcveloment of China, which proves the accuracy and deep-laid significance about the execution of reclamation of arable land for reforestation
