Abstract
Through statistically analyzing liquid limit and plasticity test data,the paper summarizes the relationship between liquid limit and plasticity,and puts forward empirical formula of using liquid limit to directly calculate plasticity,so as to achieve the goal of using liquid limit value replacing actual plasticity.
