Abstract

Scientific development outlook means: human-centered;all-around,harmonious,sustainable development and the harmony between education,economy,society and human.With its fast development,the teaching quality of higher vocational education has been attracted more and more attention.Consequently,high vocational education has to construct scientific development outlook and stick to human,strengthen the construction of rules and build effective quality monitoring mechanism.Thus higher vocational education can go into healthy development.
