Studies and Application of Monitoring and Controlling System of Teaching Quality In Universities and Colleges

Teaching quality is always the lifeline in the development of institutions of higher education. In recent years it has been a key subject how to establish a monitoring and controlling system of teaching quality and how to operate it effectively in universities and colleges. This paper makes a systematic exposition of the components and the basic principles on which to establish a monitoring and controlling system of teaching quality in universities and colleges. In the paper there are also some experience of the authors and the issues that should be paid close attention to in the establishment and application of the monitoring and controlling system of teaching quality.
