Abstract

In the situation of creating harmonious society,the problem of endowment refers to both the welfares of the aged and the steadiness of the whole country.With the coming of aging population society,this problem is becoming more and more prominent,and developing in new orientations.Through the analysis of artery endowment,institution endowment,tourism endowment and mini-family-rest home endowment,this essay illustrate the changes in the endowment pattern on the current stage and the multiplex development trend of endowment pattern in the future.
