Analysis of the Coordination Degree between Economic Development and Environment in Hunan Province

In this article, according to nearly a decade of the coordination degree between economic development and environment theory, and combining the reality of Hunan province to set up the evaluation model of coordination degree between economic development and environment. By using the maximum difference normalization method to manipulation data and according to the indexes of the standard variance of comprehensive standard variance contribution value to determine the weight of each factor,it is analyzed the coordination degree between economic development and environment in Hunan province from 2002 to 2011.Compared industrialized with coordination degree to test the rationality of the coordination degree. Designed to reveal the coordination degree between economic development and environment in Hunan province, to give the people truth, to give the researchers reference and to give the managers advice.
