Abstract
A floristic analysis of Taxus mairei community in Jinggangshan national nature reserve in Jiangxi province is made. The results show that there are 52 families,82 genera and 114 species vascular plants,in which the pteridophyte account for 6 families,6 genera and 7 species, the gymnosperm account for 2 families,2genera and 2 species, and the angiosperm account for 44 families,74 genera and 105 species. The floristic analysis shows the geographical element is complex, the floristic elements at the family and genus levels are mainly tropical elements with a certain proportion of temperate elements. The flora comes from antiquity and retains many floristic element before Quaternary.
