A Discussion on the Equity of the Reform Goal of the Social Security Systems

Developing a fair social security system in China is beneficial for further enhancing the implementation of the scientific concept of development, building a harmonious society and achieving the common prosperity. For a long time, the professors in social security system has paid much attention to method study and policy making , like some report about how to realize the social security system, and so on which plays an auxiliary role in the policy making and amending to our government. However, at the same time, in contrast with attaching much importance to the optimization of the system and model run efficiency, the purpose of deepening the reform of social security system in the process of development in China, that is to say, realizing the equity of the social security, such as concrete contents and meaning and so on, is ignored to some degree. On the basis of the fact of Social Construction and Development in our country, We should rethink the reality and development in China, clear the expectation of a fair target of the social security system in recent country and put forward relevant theoretical advices.
