Abstract

The aging of population will be a severe social problem following the environment and resources.Sport is one of effective means to slow down the aging.Aiming at the characteristics and the present situation of aging of population in China,it appealed to make efforts of all society and utilize such particular measure of sports to relieve the problem of aging of population in China.
