Abstract
The great amount of pollutants including heavy metals flow into water bodies with rapid development of industry,which result in degradation of aquatic ecosystems in different degrees and deterioration of heavy metals pollution in aquatic products.Therefore,it’s extremely urgent to research in detection of heavy metals in aquatic products.Methods of heavy metals determination in fish were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of present heavy metal detection techniques and a new direction in the future were discussed,which aimed to screen out or establish more quickly,sensitively and accurately detection methods.
