The Mechanism and Solutions of Structural Unemployment of the Chinese Undergraduates——Based on Beveridge Curve

According to the Beveridge Curve,the paper analyzes the inner mechanism of structural unemployment of the undergraduates,from the aspects of industry structure adjustment,employment idea,efficiency of job search,as well as the special features of the undergraduate.And then,the paper takes measures to achieve the optimal allocation of human resources from the two aspects,that are extending economy needs to promote employment and providing the talent supply to adapt to market.
