Abstract
Insurance contract is a typical standard contract. When the two parties dispute with an article of the contract, even to an arbitration or a lawsuit, it is a question that how to understand and apply the interpretation rule of insurance contract properly and how to avoid misapprehension of Article 31. There are still disputes on application of the interpretation rule of insurance contract academic circles and judicial circle.
