Abstract

A determination method of pefurazoate residue in rice and soil was established. The residue was extracted by acetone, cleaned up with Al 2 O 3 column and detected by GC-FTD.The minimum detectable quantity of pefurazoate standard was 1.0×10 -10 g.The lowest detectable concentration of rice seedling, rice shell, shelled rice and soil samples were 0.01,0.02,0.005,0.005 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries of the method ranged from 78.37 to 105.37%,with the coefficient of variation from 1.53 to 4.51%.
