Abstract
Camptothecin from Fructus Camptothecae Acuminatae was determined by capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection(CE/AD).The buffer pH value, the types of buffer solution, the concentration of the buffer, the applied voltage and the sampling time were selected as the investigation variables.Under the optimized conditions: a running buffer composed of 30 mmol/L Na2B4O7 at pH 9.0,separation voltage at 15 kV,injection time for 10 s and detection voltage at 0.8 V,a linearity exists between peak area(Y) and mass concentration of camptothecin(ρ) in the range of 1-100 mg/L,Y=11 020+1 014.6 ρ,r=0.999 4.The detection limit is 0.5 mg/L.
