Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of rehabilitation on children with cerebral palsy after treatment by selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR). Methods After 98 children with cerebral palsy who had been treated by selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR) had been trained with rehabilitation, the curative effect and the function recovery was evaluated. Results 80 cases were favourable,17 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. Conclusion Prompt and effective rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy after treatment by selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR) was the crux to improve their motor function.
