Abstract
The fundamental of ultrasonic machining method of micro-pits of working surface is introduced in this paper, and the principle and method of phase controlling frequency tracking are analyzed, and the whole structure of ultrasonic power for ultrasonic machine of micro-pits of working surface is presented. Based on PIC single chip?74HC4046 PLL? UC3875 Phase shift resonant controller, the ultrasonic power which has the characteristic of frequency auto-tracking?adjustable output power is designed and realized. The experiment of ultrasonic machining of micro-pits of working surface indicates that the ultrasonic power working stably can meet the need of machining of micro-pits of working surface.
