Abstract
Apolipoprotein E has three major Iso forms including ApoE2,ApoE3 and ApoE4,three major ApoE Iso forms are encolded by three alleles which are e2,e3 and e4.Its six genotypes are ApoE2/2,ApoE3/3,ApoE4/4,ApoE3/2,ApoE4/3 and ApoE2/4.Gene frequency and genotype frequency are different in nationalities.Apolipoprotein E,gene polymorphism is significantly correlated with serum lipid level.Beyond,apolipoprotein E,gene polymorphism is related to the effect which exercise affects blood lipids.
