Analysis on Dividend Policy of China's Listed Company

Dividend policy is to make a decision on how to distribute the retained earnings. This article makes an analysis on the characters of the dividend policy of our listed companies and analyzes the causes of problems from the aspects of capital structure, security market, earning ability. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to make Chinese dividend policy reasonable.
