Abstract

Police work and police education is not the relation of leader and being led or practice and theory,but the relation of developing resources and nourishing each other;the deep and leaping development of police work should depend on police education.The key to the problem of police work is that there is little strategic examination to police education.Police schools' standardized construction should develop on the basis of mutually beneficial,intergrowth and fusion of police education and police work.
