Abstract
A new method that tries to simulate during chemical process is that,by use of Simulink simulation toolbox of Matlab, a visual math modeling and simulation calculation for continuous stirred tank reactor ( CSTR) have been taken, then the case of a first-order exothermic irreversible reaction was studied as simulation of steady-state and dynamic, and on the base of the result of simulation the best operational state of the reactor was put forward, and as the result of the detailed analyses of multiple operation steady-state during dynamic simulation a method avoiding unstabilization was set forth. All results showed that Simulink was a wonderful tool for simulation, which was modified, transplanted and applied to dynamic characteristic analysis conveniently.
