Abstract
Being inoculated to 140-day commodity laying hens,self-made ND-EDS_(76) combined oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine was compared with congeners and imported ND-EDS_(76)vaccine,ND and EDS oil-emulsion inactivated single vaccine.Monitoring through the serums of different immunization periods, the growth and decline regularity of ND and EDS HI antibody titres were determined after postinoculation of those vaccines above. The results showed that self-made ND-EDS_(76) combined vaccine was corresponded with the homogeneity vaccine of certain company abroad, having no obvious difference in growth curves of ND and EDS HI antibody titres.
