Abstract
The main sources of the uncertainty inprocess of making up standard stock solution for AAS by high purity Silver was systematically evaluated. The mathematical model was establish, then the components of the uncertainty of the measurement were analysed and calculated. The standard uncentainty and the expanded uncertainty of the mass concentration are 0.1 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L respectively.
