Abstract
Wheat straw was used as substrates to study the effects of pretreatments on enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose.Pretreatments by smash, ball milling, alkali and acid were adopted in the experiments.Enzymatic hydrolysis reactions were determined at the same enzyme concentration at 37 ℃.Pretreated materials were analyzed by determing the thermal power-time curves with a 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor (Swenden). The value of heat effect of enzymatic hydrolysis was calculated .The results showed that the effect of enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat straw which was pretreated by 4% sodium hydroxide was the best.
