Abstract
Preparation conditions of selenium-containing Lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP) were researched.Structure of the target production and antitumor activity in vitro were determined.Sodium selenite was used as modifying reagent of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide.Inorganic selenium was changed into organic selenium.Reaction conditions were optimized to get high selenium content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.2 g Na2SeO3 was added to LBP and catalyzed by 2 mL acetate acid structure of organic selenium was tested by ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum.Antitumor activity of production was studied in vitro.Molecular structure of selenium Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in the presence of selenium acid sub-group was confirmed.Inhibition to the growth of human cervical cancer cells was shown to 26.1 %.Selenide Lycium barbarum polysaccharides can inhibit Human cervical carcinoma cell.
