The Hai people have black color as their main color for their clothes and ornaments because they regard black as the keynote of mountains and as their life protector.Each branch of the Hani nationality has their features but black color and silver ornaments reveal their aesthetic criteria.They prefer such patterns as the sun,the moon,the stars,mountains,rivers,flowers,birds,and aquatic animals,which are closely related to nature and reveal their aesthetic criteria and eco-culture.
