Abstract
The title of Heaven Asks means heaven is asking people rather than Qu Yuan is asking the heaven. The heaven here is not actually the mysterious heaven (God) but rather citizens of heaven mentioned particularly by Qu Yuan in the artistic creation of his literary works. Qu Yuan quotes heaven to ask different literary fractions about their explanation and statements of various questions: whether the historic records and oral rumors are accurate and dependable and how they can be verified. In this sense, the meaning of the title sounds in conformity with the content of the collection of poems.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
