STUDY ON CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM OF PROVINCIAL URBAN AND RURAL CO-COORDINATING DEVELOPMENT BASED ON CHONGQING

In order to break the traditional urban-rural dual structure,China has proposed co-coordinating urban and rural areas of new development ideas.Article takes Chongqing as an example,through the analysis of the present research status and research indicators at home,using quantitative methods,try to establish the evaluation index system of urban and rural co-coordinating development in Chongqing.the article systematically summarizes the characteristics of urban and rural co-coordinating development in Chongqing,and to Chongqing city as a whole,a full range of horizontal and vertical comparison of the level of urban and rural co-coordinating development in Chongqing from 2003 to 2007,compares Chongqing urban and rural development may generate and the existing differences,causes,problems and characteristics,and make comparative analysis and research,and thus reveal the majorimpact factor,the extent of implementation and development characteristics in the urban and rural co-coordinating development in Chongqing,as a reference when establish and develop the measures of urban and rural co-coordinating development in Chongqing.
