Abstract
A Silicon Macrophotoinitiator with high molecular weight,HMPP-IPDI-HOSiOH-IPDI-HMPP(HISiIH), based on 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone(HMPP),Isophone Diisocyanate(IPDI)and HOSiOH,was synthesized and characterized by FTIR.The kinetics for photopolymerization of tripropylene glycol diacrylate(TPGDA) using HISiIH as photoinitiator was studied in different stand time by Photo-DSC.The problem of oxygen for photopolymerization was resolved by HISiIH combined with photoinitiator HMPP.
