Currently,undergraduates' structural unemployment is worsening,mainly due to current changes in economic structure caused by the dislocation of supply and demand,the unreasonable university curriculum and a correct concept of career and employment outlook from the university students.In order to improve the current status of the students of structural unemployment,we need the country,the college,the university students and other social aspects to adjust and reform.Therefore,the article will especially analyze the status and causes of structural unemployment about undergraduates in order to effectively solve the problem of the coexistence of graduate employment and social needs of vacancies.
